The service
Promptla is a customer support platform that helps your team draft replies using your help content and past conversations. Drafts can be reviewed, edited, and approved before they are sent — unless your workspace rules allow automatic sending above a configured threshold.
Promptla is a business tool — it does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring replies comply with your policies and applicable regulations.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for all messages sent to your customers through Promptla, including those drafted with AI assistance. The person who approves a reply is accountable for its content.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of help documents you upload, the configuration of your approval rules, and who you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Promptla to:
- Send spam, deceptive, or unlawful communications
- Harass, threaten, or mislead customers or third parties
- Attempt to access another customer's workspace or data
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if continued use poses a security risk.
Data and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you bring to Promptla — including customer conversations, help documents, and team configuration. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service for your workspace.

Availability
We aim to keep Promptla available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that may affect your workspace.
Termination
You may stop using Promptla at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data. We will delete your workspace data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Promptla evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
